When i first started the semester my max bench was 225lbs. I figured out that i have 11wks left in the semester, so if i just increase my bench press 5 lbs i can make my goal of increasing my bench to 280. Or close to it. I will have to work out and give it all i have to that goal. If i have the right focus - i know i can make it. Tomorrow i will see if i can bench 230lbs. 45 bar 2x45 then 2.5 on each side. i ll let you know if i make it tomorrow.
